Would it ?<br /><br />DO we have known means of increasing midWage jobs directly? I dont know. It has not been done in spite of all fiscal stimulus.<br /><br />If the country has the resources to spend more on fiscal stimulus, why not ?<br /><br />what if they are borrowing the amount to spend their out of trouble ?
